CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have NO CANCELLATIONS - NO RETURNS - NO REFUNDS policy. Once payment is made and order is placed, you can NOT cancel it. Even after the order is delivered, you can NOT return it. We will NOT acknowledge any refund requests.
BE VERY CAREFUL while selecting your product and completing the checkout process. We will NOT entertain any special requests afterward.
We understand that there can be cases where a product gets damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
That is also why we RECOMMEND that you make a video recording while unboxing your package. We will ONLY acknowledge and act upon a replacement request if you can present to us a VIDEO PROOF showing that you have received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
From the date of order delivery, you will have 7 days to request for a replacement. To start a replacement, please reach out to us by email, mention your order number (709CC-XXXXX) in the subject line, briefly explain your issue in the message body, and attach the VIDEO PROOF mentioned above. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a courier pickup. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Under special circumstances, if we do not have a replacement product in stock, we will give you a refund. In that case, we will get in touch with you and process your refund after we receive the returned item.
